Indigo Speckled Print Eye Pillow
Relax with this luxurious silk eye pillow. It is filled with organic flax seeds and organic lavender to provide a relaxing weight and aromatherapy to rest your tired eyes. The silk fabric feels so smooth and soft against your skin!
The outer fabric is 100% silk that has been hand-dyed by myself using all natural dyes. The soft blue pattern is from indigo and various other dyes were sprinkled on to create magenta and yellow speckles. Underneath the speckles are some light brown leaf prints, made from bundling the fabric with real maple leaves.
Several eye pillows made from this fabric are available. Exact pattern varies. Please see photos for examples.
CONSTRUCTION
The eye pillow is lined with cotton to prevent any lavender bits from poking through the fabric. Seams are all professionally finished on the inside and double stitched on the edge so the organic flax and lavender filling will be sure to stay where it's supposed to - inside!
USE
It is useful for sleep (especially when traveling!), meditation, relaxation, or restorative savasana at the end of yoga. Kids love them too!
The eye pillow can be placed in the freezer before using to provide a cooling effect.
SIZE
It measures approximately 9 inches x 3.5 inches, allowing it to completely cover the eyes and the flax and lavender are able to mold into a comfortable shape.
It comes beautifully packaged in a gift box, as seen in the photo.
